Angela Gibbings

Accountant / Tax

A born and bred North Brisbane local, Angela discovered a passion for accounting at Kedron State High School and went on to spend 20 years working for the Commonwealth Bank before pursuing her love of numbers full time.

She began working with John Trezona Accounting on Bribie Island in 2012 and now considers herself a Bribie local. Through dedication and ongoing study, Angela is a registered tax agent and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and the National Tax and Accountants’ Association (NTAA).

Angela founded Attax Services in 2008, driven by her passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate their tax obligations. She prides herself on staying up to date with Australian tax legislation and providing friendly, thorough service — whether your needs are simple or complex.

Elizabeth (Liz) Cooper

Bookkeeping

Liz spent 17 years as Finance Manager for the Electrical Trades Union QLD & NT, managing everything from daily accounting through to complex dealings with State and Federal Government compliance, governance and financial accountability for both State and National unions.

After a rewarding career, she made the move to Bribie Island for a better work-life balance — to enjoy more of the simple things and appreciate the beauty of the Island.

The opportunity to partner with Angela and create their own firm has been a dream come true. Together they have built a business that reflects their shared values: integrity, professionalism and community spirit. Liz is proud to support the local community and give back where she can.
